Welcome to Nosh. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nosh mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Technobase.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Guest accounts may be converted to full accounts; some features, including subscriptions, require a full account.
2. Nosh Premium subscription
Nosh offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Nosh Premium") with monthly and yearly billing options, purchased through the Apple App Store (and, where available, Google Play).
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of renewal will be identified.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (or Google Play subscriptions) after purchase; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refund will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or platform policy.
- Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase in the app and may vary by region.
3. AI-generated content
Nosh uses AI to generate recipe suggestions and cooking guidance based on information you provide (such as available ingredients). Suggestions are provided for convenience and general informational purposes only. Always use your own judgment regarding food safety, allergies, and dietary restrictions — Nosh is not a substitute for professional nutritional or medical advice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions provided, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technobase is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version number and effective date on this page.
